Our Story
Once upon a time, in a humble basement, a young undergraduate named Godfried embarked on a culinary adventure, fueled by an unwavering passion for crafting a one-of-a-kind bread recipe. With his ever-supportive younger brother by his side, they delved into baking with a global mindset.
In 2008, they proudly unveiled their special recipe in the vibrant city of Kumasi, giving birth to A1 Bread. The unique and unprecedented taste of A1 Bread quickly captured the hearts of customers, transforming the brand into a household name by 2012.
The love for our bread spread like wildfire, making waves in Accra in 2018, and rapidly expanding across Ghana and neighboring countries.
Then came the extraordinary milestone in 2019, as A1 Bread crossed the shores from Africa to America, gracing the shelves of the USA with its freshly baked loaves.
